Support Policy

Support is defined as after-sales service provided by Levaweb in solving software conflicts and usability problems, and in supplying updates and patches for bugs in the program.

Support Fees and Eligibility

Support is provided at no additional cost for subscribers. The Helpdesk service is available as part of specific Plans or Memberships. By acquiring a Plan you own the rights to use it, but the software installed remain of property of Levaweb. In other words the source code is proprietary and belong to Levaweb , unless there are other contractual obligations between the parties. Levaweb uses industry leader hosting service providers with 99% uptime.

Limitations

Support is provided in English on working days 9-17:00 BST and is limited to:

  • Help and advice regarding our subscriptions and services
  • Help regarding usage of our web site's services and features
  • Help regarding usage of our products
  • Bug fixes in our products and services

Support does not include:

  • Updating the content of your website
  • Training on web related programming language.
  • Browser related issues.
  • Debugging virus and malware on your device

Support Period

Levaweb is not compelled to provide support, access to downloads or any other services being provided in the subscription beyond the validity of your subscription. The lifetime of our products or services is defined by the time in which the product is "active". Levaweb will not provide support for "end of life" products. We usually reply within two business days.

Product Updates

All of the products are designed to be used with the latest technologies, but we can give no guarantee, that the products will run with future versions of the installed plugins. For instance, we're not liable for any damage, malfunctioning, downtime, or data loss on your website in case of software upgrades implemented by your hosting provider. During the subscription time, we do not guarantee any new updates nor do we provide any deadlines or development paths for updates. However, we do commit on providing a good service for our subscribers and we work hard to ensure that our products are up to date and functional.

Refund Policy

Levaweb does not offer refunds for purchased products or services. Unlike physical goods, electronically distributed software and licenses can be easily duplicated. Under no circumstances Levaweb will provide refunds based on "your software is not what I need". Finding a bug in our products is not a reason for a refund. If you find bugs, please report them to us, and we'll triage and fix them asap. In the event of a wrong purchase, please report it to our Team. If you are uncertain of a specific feature, please ask us before purchasing the service or product.

Updates and Changes

This document may be updated from time to time at Levaweb's discretion. It's up to the user to check for changes by accessing this document on our website.
